Our Chef Christain Gautrois is responsible for the authentic classic french cuisine with the many traditional specialties of the various part of France. In addition to the menu Christian brings  you the daily specials based on the season for appetizers, catch of the day and meat entrees

 as well as desserts.Les Folies has the largest Raw Bar in Washignton/Baltimore Area: (4 to 6 varieties of oysters from the east, west and the Gulf, Langoustines, clams, Taylor Bay Scallops, Maryland Crabs,Fresh Stone Crab Claws, Sea Ursins, Lobsters and Perrywinkles).
